At Emaan Adeel, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fashion collections. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original Emaan Adeel box and include the invoice to prevent damage and ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

  Processing & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 business days.
